Q: How do you print your shirts?
A: We hand screen print our shirts in-house using plastisol inks. This is the most durable and long lasting method of apparel printing available. Nothing but the best for Glowsters!
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: Currently, not through the website. Use the "
Contact" form and we will facilitate an international sale.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Q: What if I need to make a return?
A: Do not automatically send it back. Use the "
Contact" form and explain the situation. We will then facilitate the return.
Q: How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
A: The charge will come through as "APPAREL ONLINE"
Q: Can I make a change to my order?
A: If the order has not been shipped yet, you can use the "
Contact" form to request a change. Please reference your order number from your confirmation email.
Q: I didn't recieve a confirmation email, what happened?
A: Confirmation emails come from "orders@glowsters.com". Sometimes these can be filtered out by spam blockers. Please check your spam folder and if it's not there, use the "
Contact" form to explain and we'll confirm your order.
Q: Can I buy Glowsters apparel at wholesale?
A: Absolutely. Retailers interested in wholesale should email "
wholesale@glowsters.com" and include your contact information and the store where you will be selling them.
